Unlike the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) and the Brotherhood of NOD, the Forgotten are
not a selectable side in Tiberian Sun for missions. Instead, GDI players will be able to hire
three members of the Forgotten as mercenaries by finding special supplies in crates or abandoned
buildings. Those of you who prefer to play as the NOD will have a few chances to "trick" the
members of the Forgotten into carrying out certain missions on your behalf.
The Forgotten work best in a team rather than alone, as each member's abilities are suited to
complement the other two. All three of these Forgotten units are extremely agile and can't be
killed or crushed. Those that absorb enough damage to be killed simply run away to become
available for future missions.
FORGOTTEN UNITS
Ghost Stalker: The ghost stalker is equipped with a single yet extremely powerful rail gun,
the same weapon employed by the GDI mammoth Mark II walking tank. A pair of shots is all it
takes to down even the most heavily armored units that stand in his way, making the ghost
stalker a very formidable commando unit.
Umagaan: Umagaan, played by Team Knight Rider's Christine Steel, is a skilled sniper, with the
ability to fell any foot soldier from extreme distances.
Vehicle Thief: Tiberian Sun's resident carjacker, the vehicle thief can jump into and control
any ground-based unit that he touches.
